Terms of use

Last updated: [[DATE_MAJ]]

These terms govern access to carrier-bridge.com and use of the CarrierBridge service published by A2TL. Creating an account constitutes unreserved acceptance of them.

1. Purpose of the service

CarrierBridge is software accessible online, intended for shippers. It allows transport rate sheets received as Excel files to be loaded while keeping their original structure, carrier offers to be compared for a given shipment, ancillary charges to be tracked, and energy indexation to be recalculated in order to identify any gaps with the amounts invoiced. The service is not intended for carriers.

2. User account

Access to the service requires an account created with an email address and a password. The account holder is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for any action carried out from their account. They must inform the publisher without delay of any unauthorised use they become aware of.

3. Plans, subscriptions and payment

The service is offered in several plans whose features and prices are set out on the Pricing page. Prices are shown excluding VAT, in euros. Paid subscriptions are billed at the frequency chosen at sign-up, monthly or annually. The Discovery plan is free and limited to the volumes stated on the Pricing page. Services charged per act — tenders, onboarding, connectors — are subject to a separate quotation or order.

4. Use of the service

The user undertakes to import only documents they are entitled to hold and process, not to attempt to access other clients' data, not to disrupt the operation of the service, and not to extract content in bulk by automated means other than the API where it is included in their plan.

5. Client data and content

Rate sheets, volumes, negotiated prices and imported documents remain the property of the client. The publisher does not disclose them to third parties, does not share them with other clients and does not pass them to carriers. They are processed solely to deliver the service, under the conditions described in the privacy policy.

6. Availability and changes

The publisher takes reasonable steps to keep the service accessible. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or external causes. The service evolves: features may be added, changed or withdrawn. Features identified as beta, in particular the assisted sourcing module, are provided as is, with no guarantee of results or of continued availability.

7. Nature of the results produced

The price comparisons, indexation recalculations and gap alerts produced by the service are decision aids, calculated from the data supplied by the client and the parameters they have entered. They constitute neither legal advice, nor contractual analysis, nor certification that an invoice is correct or that a document is valid. It is for the client to check their contracts and to conduct their own discussions with their carriers.

8. Liability

The publisher's liability can be engaged only where fault is proven and is limited to direct loss. It may not exceed the amounts paid by the client over the twelve months preceding the triggering event. The publisher is not responsible for the commercial decisions taken by the client, nor for the consequences of any inaccuracy in the data the client has imported or configured.

9. Term and termination

The subscription runs for the period chosen and renews automatically unless terminated before the renewal date from the client area. Termination ends access to the service at the end of the current period. The client may export their data before that date. In the event of a serious breach of these terms, the publisher may suspend access after a formal notice has gone unanswered.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be amended. Clients are informed of any substantial change by electronic means before it takes effect.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of [[VILLE_JURIDICTION]].
